INDEMNIFICATION: It is understood that the owner/renter by signing this agreement agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Association against all liability claims and judgments or demands for damages arising from accidents to persons or property occasioned by the use of the clubhouse facilities by the owner/renter and the owner/renter will defend any and all suits that may be brought against the Association on account of such accidents and will make good and reimburse the Association for any expenditures that the Association may make by reason of such accidents. I have read and agree to abide by the accompanying directive, amended January l, 2008 for Use of Recreation Center Auditorium for Private Homeowner Social Activities.
