BUILDING & GROUNDS ARC Instructions:

Prepare a sketch and a written description of the proposed improvements or change in sufficient detail so that the committee can make a decision; provide photos, sketches, color chips, etc. if available. Covenant running with the land will need to be filed with Seminole County at homeowner's expense on areas designated as part of Association responsibility before work may commence and proof brought to office.
