By submitting this application, and continuing you agree to abide by the Rules and Regulations listed below.  Failure to comply may result in your vehicle being towed, and LOW Resident being fined for being in violation of the HOA Governing Documents.

*  Guest Parking is by permit ONLY. Please do NOT back in. 
*  Overnight Guest Parking is in designated areas ONLY.
*  Hours for overnight guest parking is 2 A.M. to 7 A.M.
*  Parking is not allowed on street or grass.
*  Violators will be towed at their own expense.
*  HOA is not responsible for damage or theft.
*  Permit pick up;  Monday - Friday between 9 am and 4 pm.
*  Parking locations will be determined by the number of requested permits and length of stay requested.

Incomplete application will NOT be processed. Please allow up to 24 hours for processing of your COMPLETE APPLICATION. We will CALL you during business hours to pick up your pass at the Clubhouse.
